Mobile network operators have an opportunity and a desire to pursue M2M opportunities outside their facilities-based footprint, driven by a desire to expand the revenue opportunity and to meet increasingly international client demands. This Research Note examines the best approach to addressing the opportunity for MNOs in domestic (i.e. not regularly roaming) M2M in out-of-footprint markets.
